Amy Chao is a minor protagonist in the third season of Slasher. She is portrayed by Rosie Simon.
Background[]
When she was a child, Amy’s parents were killed in a car crash which she was the sole survivor. The trauma of the accident left her with a numbness towards life that seemed to only be satisfied with violent virtual reality games.
She eventually entered into a relationship with Xander Lemmon and they lived together at the Claybourne apartment building. However because she was a-sexual she was never sexually satisfied. When she met her neighbour, sex addict Kit Jennings, he enticed her to form a sexual relationship with him in order to explore what would sexually satisfy her.
When Xander suspected something going on between them he broke into Kit’s apartment for proof. This was the same night that Kit was killed by the Druid and was hit by Amy’s car as he tried to make his escape.
A year later and the other tenants of Amy’s apartment building start getting killed, including Xander, who’s body Amy is led to discover. A video is later sent to her of Xander’s murder, this coupled with the guilt of her parents accident and hitting Kit with her car, drives her to attempt suicide by slitting her wrists in the bathtub but she stops herself before any real damage is done.

Amy is an attractive Asian woman in her late 20s.
Personality[]
Amy was addicted to virtual reality. She was also asexual. It is implied that she was traumatized by the death of her parents, possibly the reason she buried herself in VR.
Death[]
After her failed suicide attempt, Amy is lying in bed when she awakens and the Druid emerges from behind the curtain and charge towards Amy. They use a power drill to drill all the way into Amy’s head, killing her.
